Ticket bookings
GoTourism Taiwan is an information site. We do not handle ticket bookings, changes, or refunds. For order issues, contact the platform where you purchased (for example, Klook customer service).
Business partnerships
Attractions, travel businesses, or media with partnership ideas are welcome to email a short outline; we will respond as soon as we can.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to assist with:
- Changing, canceling, or refunding ticket orders
- On-site operations at attractions
- Account or payment issues on third-party platforms
